Hello Mr. Lupinacci,

My name is Rey Romosod, I purchased a Tacoma TRD Off Road at your Lemon Grove Dealership this weekend. For the past 3 1/2 weeks through the internet, I was searching for the vehicle my wife and I wanted particularly the color (Pyrite Mica) and not to mention the best price that is within our budget. There were 5 other dealership in San Diego County Area and 2 other dealership in LA County that I tried to get info, but every single one of these dealerships claimed not to have the color nor can they find any where in both of the 2 county locations. Also, the price that were quoted were a little more than the price of the vehicle we purchased. We were about to give up on that color not until we came to Bob Baker Toyota Lemon Grove, It was a blessing, not only did you have the color of the vehicle in stock but also the price was the correct price that was within our budget.
Sir, in behalf of my wife Erlinda, please allow us to express our heartfelt thanks to the following personnel for their tireless effort that made this major purchase very pleasant. Mr. Virgil dela Cruz, the Sales Manager on station, who played a very important key role in searching in your stock the vehicle we wanted and made sure that our needs was met and properly taken care off without a hitch. Mr. Hassan Khalilzadeh, who assisted us from the deal was made to the release of the vehicle to our possession, indoctrinate us the features and how to operate the instrument panel and other features of the vehicle, and to Ms. Tracy who explained methodically what was in the paper works from options agreement, service maintenance agreements, and other paperworks related to this transaction we were about to sign.
Again, Thank you sincerely for the OUTSTANDING VIP treatment we were given. The HONESTY and the professionalism is far beyond compare to any dealership.

Hello Dan,

Because it happens so rarley these days it is always a real treat to get to write a letter like this.

I wanted to commend your service department, particularly your pick up/drop off driver Kasada (hope I got that right), Kelly the cashier and Hung Phu. Mr. Phu was waiting there with a big smile when I drove up and was very friendly to the end.

I am so used to mediocre or no servcie these days that it was a great break to meet your staff. Oh, I can't forget the technicians and detail guys. They did a great job as well.

Will be bringing another vehicle in soon!

I am writing to make a positive comment on Assistant Service Manager Hung Phu. I had an intermediate service performed on my Matrix at your Lemon Grove location. Shortly after, one of my hubcaps came off on the freeway and was lost. I told Hung about it and admitted that it might have been a coincidence, but I'd never lost a hubcap before. Hung took my issue up with the Service Manager, and was able to get me a refurbished one free of charge! It's things like this that keep me a loyal customer for the last 11 years! Thank you,

I can't let another day go by without thanking your Assistant Service Manager Hung Phu and Mechanic Mac for thier prompt and attentive service that they provided me.

They went out of their way trouble-shooting my van to resolve an electical problem. They exceded my expectations by keeping labor and parts below estimates.
